John Demay
As A 1999 graduate of Marquette senior High and a Bachelorette graduate of Northern Michigan University in 2004, I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Insurance Producer.
I strive to maintain professionalism and integrity in the Real Estate and Insurance community. My objective is to continue to serve my clients utilizing the latest industry technology and leading educational techniques.
I serve my community as a member/volunteer for the following:

In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and riding ATV’s with my family and friends! I am an avid outdoorsman with a passion for duck hunting and waterfowl preservation.

Ryan Nummela
Ryan is a Negaunee native that has a number of years of experience specializing in investments and insurance products. A member of St. Paul’s church, father of three, Ryan will bring an attention to detail while helping customize plans to fit the clients needs. While attending Northern Michigan University from 1996-2000 Ryan focused his emphasis on Computer Information systems with an emphasis on Business Marketing. Ryan has made a commitment to helping volunteer in the community and help such organizations as The Marquette Children’s Museum, YMCA and Special Olympics

Beth Ruohonen-Eilola
I first began working in the Insurance business on a
part-time basis in 1985 with Peter White & Company.
I then decided to go full-time in 1986. I became licensed
in Property and Casualty Insurance in 1998 for both
Personal and Commercial lines.
When Peter White & Company merged with the Elder
Agency in May of 1996 I decided to make the move as
well, and got on-board that July.
I am a member of the Upper Peninsula Association of
Insurance Professionals and NAIN.

Sam Elder
I have been active in real estate since 1964 except
for 5 years with the U.S. Air Force in the late 1960's
and hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
designation.

Nancy Laurila
I began my insurance career 31 years ago and have worked
with the Elder Agency for the past 29. After helping
people with their insurance needs for so many years,
in a variety of ways, I decided to go further and obtained
my Insurance License in August of 1985.
I am a member of the VFW Auxillary Post #3165 in Negaunee,
Michigan and belong to the Bethany Lutheran Church Choir,
and the WELCA Church Circle. Outside of the office my
5 children and 9 grandchildren keep me busy and entertained.

Martha Rice
My insurance career began 49 years ago when I was an
auditor for the Michigan Inspection Bureau, which is
now called the Insurance Services Office. After leaving
there I worked for an independent agency and for the
past 12 years have worked in the personal lines department
for the Elder Agency. I look forward to putting my years
of experience to work for you.
I moved to Marquette from Menominee, Michigan in 1959
and have lived here ever since. I am a member of the
American Legion Auxiliary and St. Michael's Altar Society.

David Vallar
As a graduate of the Michigan State University Insurance
School and an active Insurance Agent since 1971 I like
